Foundation piles are classified into two types.

The Aces Foundation

The aces foundation is divided into four piles, with an ace dealt to each pile at the foundation. A card may be added to an ace's foundation pile if it is one higher than the pile's previous top card and is of the same suit. As a result, the only card that could be played on a 7 of clubs is an 8 of clubs. There can be no more than 13 cards in a pile.

The Kings Foundation

The king's foundation consists of four piles. Each pile is dealt a king. A card may be added to a king's foundation pile if it is one lower than the old top card of the pile and of the same suit. As a result, the only card that might be played on a 7 of spades is a 6 of spades. There can be no more than 13 cards in a pile.

Cards cannot be removed from any foundation once they have been placed on it.

Tableau:

There are twenty tableau piles of one card each. Every card is dealt face-up.

On the tableau, no construction is authorized.

The tableau cards can be played on the foundation or any empty tableau pile.

Empty tableau spots are immediately filled with a card from the stock. If the stock is empty, any card may be used to fill the tableau's empty places.

Only one card may be moved at a time; sequences are not permitted.

Stock:

The stock is made up of leftover cards.

When you click on the stock, a card is dealt to the top of each tableau pile.
